Coaching in its pure form is a practice of meeting the individual where they are in their life this very moment and to help propel them forward toward set goals. As coaches, we do not advise nor tell the client what to do or how to do it. Instead we help facilitate their thought process through conversation, provide a safe and confidential environment and hold the much needed emotional space for the individual to thrive in their new ideas. Together we dive deep into the exploration into their inner self. With a new awareness, we create a trust in self which in turn creates a many possible choices within their life. These of course will lead to greater learning about themselves and the individuals and environments around them, to greater performances in their private and work lives and a create an overall deep fulfillment in their life.
Coaching will certainly at times feel very therapeutic and you may find yourself asking, what’s the difference? To make it very clear: We WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE ANSWERS OR TELL YOU WHAT TO DO. Instead, we will lead you through your thought process and help you figure out what are the questions at hand, how do you face them, what outcome you want and what is the right path to get there. YOU will be responsible for your own decisions, and for your outcomes. We believe that everyone has the capability to create the right pathways in their lives. We are resourceful, whole and creative individuals.
At the beginning of our journeys, we were asking this very question as well, and… it really does. Since the approach focuses on helping you create solutions within your own individual life with its unique challenges, it helps you become the fully self reliant, self trusting individual that you are, it is one of the best forms of support you can receive. With the assistance of various tools, different techniques, powerful questioning and most importantly coaching conversations, we will help you develop trust in self, confidence and the power to thrive on your path towards a fulfilling life.
Since it is a very individual approach, you set the pace and you decided how frequently you’d like to schedule the appointments. Some people come once per week, others bi-weekly or once per month. Depending on what goal you’re working on, whether its something immediate or long-term, with a deadline or not, we will work together with what’s best for you.
Since life coaching is all about the trusting relationship we build, we prefer that if possible, at least the first discovery session is done in person. However, if that is not a possibility, we are always ready to have our sessions via zoom or other virtual conference tool, or over the phone.

The coaching relationship is all about trust, therefore compatibility plays a huge role and this is a great way have a little chemistry test.
